Discworld, Disc-world - the world of Disc. Seated on the backs of four elephants (Berilia, Tubul, Great T'Phon and Jerakeen) standing on the Great A'Tuin - a gigantic turtle swimming through space.

There are two major directions on the Disc (Hubward and Rimward) and two lesser directions (Turnwise and Widdershins). The Disc revolves at the rate of once every eight hundred days.
